fonts-sipa-arundina software package provides Thai DejaVu-compatible fonts, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-sipa-arundina
fonts-sipa-arundina is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-sipa-arundina package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-sipa-arundina *
You will get with fonts-sipa-arundina package name, version, architecture and description in a table
